Rhea Ikemiya

Attorney

A lifelong resident of the Central Valley, Rhea understands the people and the community she serves.  With over 13 years of experience as an attorney,  practicing in the areas of civil litigation, estates and trusts, and business law, Rhea has insight into estate planning and estate administration from a litigation perspective.  She understands that anticipating potential conflict, proactive planning, and effective communication are key to avoiding and resolving legal disputes.

Rhea obtained her undergraduate degree from Fresno State, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders.  She worked at a social services agency for deaf and hard of hearing individuals and as certified sign language interpreter.  After seeing the direct and empowering impact the law can have on individuals, particularly when coupled with access and communication, she was inspired to pursue a career in the legal field.  Rhea is a proud graduate of San Joaquin College of Law.  While in law school, she externed at the Fifth District Court of Appeal and was the Executive Editor of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review. After graduation, she worked at a prominent law firm in Visalia, representing individuals, corporations, and public entities.  In 2022, she realized a dream by opening an office in her hometown of Reedley, dedicated to serving families and business owners with efficient and client-centered legal services.
